Jessica and I were both in 20-year relationships prior to meeting one another. We both moved on knowing there had to be more in this life for love and happiness. We both took time post-divorce to rediscover ourselves and ask what we wanted for the next chapter of our lives. Then, it happened... Something neither of us saw coming… Lightning in a bottle!!! We caught it on the very 1st date, and our lives have never been the same since. The way we align on our goals and ambitions, respect and core values, and willingness to express our love to one another is a dream come true.

We both have a huge love of music and enjoy live performances often. Jessica told me she loved me after the Foo Fighters concert!! She was probably still gushing over Dave Grohl when she said it. Although, I admittingly told her first barely 90 days after meeting her.

Travel is another passion of ours, we have made so many wonderful memories is such a short amount time… From Costa Rica, a family trip to Disney & Universal Studios, to a Metallica concert in MX City, we are always looking for our next adventure, and it happens to be our honeymoon in Italy! One memorable trip we took was a cruise to Honduras, Belize, and Cozumel. This was about 9 months into our relationship. This was a significant trip for many reasons:
1) It was our 1st vacation together.
2) We found another shared interest, ART. We each purchased a few pieces on that trip that now hang beautifully in our home together. 3) Most importantly, I had a moment on our patio, as Jessica looked out at sea. This was the moment I knew I needed to spend the rest of my life with this amazing woman. All our friends and family see how happy we are and how we truly make each other better people. These past 2 ½ years already feel like a decade of experiences.

As many of you already know, 2024 was a whirlwind of events for us. From integrating our lives, a car wreck (My Vette… oooooh sooo traumatic!), recovering from a tornado that forced us to move out for over 8 months, the death of Jessica’s father, medical issues, all while trying to manage the crazy schedule of an energetic nine year old. We leave 2024 behind, choosing to focus on the silver linings the year gave us and recognizing we are stronger for making it through together. Now, we look forward to 2025, our wedding day, spending it with all the people we hold most dear, and all the wonderful years to come.
